I'd assume because Gnomes are "silly."
Also since it seems to be in discussion. I rather have Pandaria and new Broken Isles than AU Draenor.
Though a simple solution regarding gates to old and new draenor would just deactivate the Dark Portal and add two portals next to it. One leading to Outland and one leading to new Draenor.
Though I'd only suggest this if the 24 man update gives a lot more space.
Or do what WoW does and add portals to Old Outland in various capital cities.

gnome thing id rather ask if you wanna know more bout it to just pm kacpa about it rather then putting it here xD
but yh theres going to be much more space on map in the 24 player map cus outland has been moved and other places as well

If unique heroes looking unique is still the goal. There are awesome models for Marwyn and Falric. Like some Lizardmen for Saroks for when Pandaria is added. The best thing is that the models that would looks the best don't even have special permissions to use, just that you give credit. It'd be good for RP to have unique looking hero units, while old hero units could be made into regular units tied to buildings like I mentioned before. With human paladins being tied to the Cathedral.

Oh I mentioned in feedback about the restricted hero system.
I was going to make a list for each race, but honestly almost all named Heroes would work with the location locked system. Obviously for RP reason characters like Thrall can't be tied to Orgrimmar if you want to RP any time before the MMO and the same goes for Cairne regarding Tauren.
Though Galen being tied to Stromgarde, Daelin Proudmoore being tied to Boralus, Varian and Anduin being tied to Stormwind, those would make sense.
Though if not I am a little confused over characters such as Sylvannas being tied to a capital seeing as she's a faction leader like Velan and Varian who are not tied.
Thinking further, you could take it the extra step and tie certain heroes to certain buildings like with Ragnaros.
Place Windrunner spire in Quel'thalas and let High Elves spawn the sisters there. Make it so that Velan can only be spawned from the Exodar, Vancleaf only spawning from deadmines.
It'd basically be the reverse of what I was suggesting with generic heros. Where the generics are at the alters while the lore important ones are location tied. Make it that regular Illidan can only be spawned if Night Elves own the prison like how Naga can only get him if they do.
Though if the system isn't planned to be this deep only three of the like 6 or so locked heros make sense locked. Lich King, Terenas, and King of Silvermoon. Seeing as when they lost their capitals it was because they all died.
I'm also confused as to why some generic heros can both be recruited from certain buildings and the altar.

I did more testing and I think having Maraad separate from other Vindicators and having a unique model like mentioned would be a good idea. It took three tries of summoning Vindicators to get him. The same goes with Captains summoning Falrick and Arthas' other captains. This next part is more of a request than a suggestion, but still feel free to ignore it if it doesn't sound apealing. I really think the separation of Named Heroes and Generic Heroes would be a good idea. It'd be less Hero bloat and having one place for people to go for non lore characters they want to RP and one place for lore figures would be a good. Actually you don't even need to make new alters, I think having one page be Generic and another page be Lore would be suitable. PS. I'm sorry for the spam if it's coming off like that. I'm just really enthusiastic and love this map.

Also as a suggestion regarding dragons. Malygos for Mage Hunters is fine, but when it comes to the Dragon Flights I think that Malygos being replaced by Kalecgos would be a good idea. Just to make Mage Hunters more special.

Further testing has revealed to me the white haired Jaina and dismounting Thrall. Honestly this would be amazing for a lot of the heroes in the game. My vote is to apply this to as many as possible. I know there's an on foot Farseer model
I'm not sure how you got it to work but it could work with weapons imagine the possibilities. Like Varian can single wield and dual wield his weapon. You could get rid of Arthas with Frostmourne and just have him switch like Jaina and Thrall. Because again, hero bloat. I did not realize I had such an issue with hero bloat until I found out RP maps existed lol.

I wont restrict heroes anymore though, i preffer giving people more freedom with that. I may actually come around removing all hero requirements all together i guess, maybe except very few heroes like Illidan, or maybe not....maybe i will just make it requirement-less hero aswell. Forcing people to that is bad in my opinion, also loads of peopel freelance rp on the map too so thats another big reason to actually remove these restrictions. Only Ragnaros would be an exception i think but others.. dont need that.

I've found a couple Arakkoa units. Not enough to warrant their own race, but you could make it like Molten Core and have a building in Outland and whoever owns it can train them.
Also are there plans for a Titan civilization? With the Keepers like Thorum and Odyn? Having Earthen being the workers could be good.
Also what is the data limit on units? Because I've been pouring over Hive Workshop and there are a ton of fun units and building models that look really cool. Having some unique looking ones for RP and giving lore figures more accurate models would be fun and the permissions are just to remember to credit them so that part is easy.

Well i edited almost every model that there is in my map, i made some myself like Jaina's improved model and white haired version or Maiev(together with jaina my best model edit so far :v), Tirion, Panda Noble, Thrall on foot model is also improved by me, originally he had lots of bugs and held the hammer in the left hand, i flipped the animations and edited couple other things. There are loads of other smaller models edited or made by me for the map but i cannot recall everyone of them of top of my head rn. About farseer, i may find him and get some stuff done too ......and Arthas yes, i want to make him work like this. :v Issue with hero bloat? i dunno what do you mean by that xD

Having Arthas change like suggested is a tactic to reduce the number of heroes and thus not hav hero bloat. I know there's a potion to remove them in game, but it's still kinda overwhelming.

Well number of heroes will only ever grow in such map, i will try to make them better sorted and spread out of 3 altars in the next update. Now i need to list all your ideas from past few pages and add them onto my list so i wont forget about that when i get time to work on the map xD
