Well there are invis potions, i may make them to have more charges or create sneaking mechanic that reduces the speed alot when used. That would make a good trade off. Even in WoW sneaking reduces how fast you can move. I was reading through to catch up after being offline for a few days and... The speed only reduces on the Rogue class, if you play a Feral Druid your speed doesn't get slower.

Would it be possible to add buildings to claim in Honorhold and Thrallmar in Hellfire? Heck a building for Hellfire Citadel would be good too. Maybe with an interior. Garadar would be cool too.
When you revamp the Broken Isles, I suggest the portal to Argus be placed there, maybe within the tomb of Sargeras. It simply being in a random part of Outland seems rather hard to defend.
Speaking portals. Maybe a portal to Quel'Danas from Shattrath and back?
Also for black temple, blood elf demon hunter units to go with the night elf along with an interior?
I also suggest the Draenai "town hall" use the same model as the exodar rather than a Dalaran citadel.
Some gold mines in the deadmines would also help out for bandits hiding out there.
I'd suggest a gate for the city in Kul Tiras
If you do take the emerald nightmare idea, a portal in Bloodmyst would be good along with the other four portals.
Forsaken Death Knights and Scourge Death Knights have no differences in appearance, voice or abilities. Perhaps replacing the Forsaken Death Knight with the one I linked earlier?
Forsaken Dread Guards being trained from both the barracks and townhall seem a little redundant.

So I went extensively over both Blood Elf and High Elf unit and heroes. There's a lot of suggestions here and I will be including bug reports so you don't have to look at two separate sections of the forums.
-Barracks:
Blood Elves get an extra unit, that being the Hawkstrider. Perhaps a unicorn rider would be a good fit for High Elves considering the Quel'Dorei steed which would also balance things out.
-Farstrider Enclave:
The Blood Elf Assassin has one extra ability than the High Elf Shadow.
-Sanctum of the Sun and Sun Palace:
Blood Elves lack an equivalent to the arcanist and enchantress and thus have one less unit with the Blood Knight replacing one. This seems like a balancing nightmare. I'm also confused as to why the Blood Knight unit is tinted since it
The Spellbreaker and the Highborne guard seem to be the equivalents, but for some reason are from different buildings without any explanation.
The same could be said for the Magistrix.
The High Elf priest has access to all of his abilities and even a rez. The Blood Elf priest has no access to his abilities before being trained
High Elf Sorceresses have arcane torrent when that sort of ability would better fit with a Blood Elf Sorceress. The High Elf Sorceress also has one extra ability.
All these units and their equivalents switch around for some reason. For new named ones that seems fine, but Magitrix doesn't make sense since they're named the same thing.
-Reliquary:
The Blood Elves have one extra unit, that being the Demon Hunter. Maybe a good equivalent to the demon hunter would be the mentioned High Elf druid.
The Arcane Construct and Arcane Guardian do not seem to balance out well. Especially since one is a siege unit and the other is a chaos unit. The Arcane Construct also has one more ability. I see no reason why the High Elves would not have a Guardian when they would likely have more intact ones in comparison to Blood Elves.
The fire elementals do not seem to be good equivalents to arcane. I believe a fel elemental would suit Blood Elves better seeing as High Elves have arcane ones. They also both do piercing damage when magical damage would be far better suited.
-Altar of the Sun:
There's no difference in appearance or play style for High Elf Kael and Blood Elf Kael. This would not make sense since he was more of an Archmage type character before Silvermoon's destruction. I believe Ujimasa Hojo made a High Elf archmage that can simply be renamed and put with Kael's voice.
Alleria Windrunner is invisible and unselectable.
Sylvannas does not have team color textures, which is fine. Heroes in general not being team colored would make them stand out more.
As previously mentioned Halduron is available only to High Elves and having both he and Sylvannas called Ranger General is weird.
Living Sylvanas has Thas'dorah, but undead Sylvanas does not.
Anasterian has Felo'malorn when his model has a staff and the weapon was more commonly used by Kael.
Aethas uses a human model.
Vareesa and Aethas would make sense being heroes for Dalaran as well. This would make it that Dalaran does not need to build three separate hero altars.
Lidrin is really tiny in comparison to other heroes.
-Hawks Nest
Both Dragonhawk Riders mention high elves.
Mana Wyrms are considered ground units.(There is also too many ways to spawn them.)
Phoenixes have an ability that makes them immune to magic, and also an ability that makes them resistant to it? They also do not turn into eggs on defeat like they do in the base game and just die. -Misc:
A lot of units, for every race, either have hero glows or do hero damage when they shouldn't. Like the Farstriders. They glow like a hero ranger for some reason.
I like that Liadrin and King Anasterian both have unique items. If more work on heroes is done, I think each unique hero having their lore weapon would be cool. If they die in RP, a Generic hero can use it and take on the legacy.

I was looking around the various races and I was wondering if a rearrangement of buildings could be done.
Like have all the town hall buildings be in the same slot. The same goes for hero altars, watchtowers, barracks, ect.

Yeah, thats pretty much one of the thing I forgot to mention... It would be actually the best option to connect Tomb of Sargeras with Argus, it would make more sense than this connection to Netherstorm. I think that a place inside of Tomb of Sargeras could be used as space for different interior, since it is not the best place to RP tbh.

Tides of War is a Campaign map, but a lot of the environment and retextures are actually very good and may give some inspiration. It does go to the Isle of Thunder, and I thought that maybe they had a Mogu custom unit since they had a really cool Sorceress reskin that would be good for this map, but no. It's just completely blue sea giants, still using anchors as weapons. Oddly enough it has imported Cloud Serpents. About all portals....it should be player placed and controlled so it doesnt limit or hinder other roleplay in the areas....plus not lots of portals in wow are just to spare people walking to these places. I will expand translocation orbs into a bit smaller buildings and with various models to make it more useful and universal. There will be some waygated areas but mostly interiors and stuff like outland(and later pre wc2 draenor)

Kacpa, I know it might be too much, but can we also get a little rework of Zandalar for Zandalari update? I think like, add some part to the isle, make him little bigger and add the arena, maybe a one similar to the KTA one, just a place where warriors could duel between eachother.

It is a little mountainy so it is hard to build on. I'd say keep the mountainy parts near the throne/castle and flatten it out a bit. Maybe have the southern half be a desert since Blizard's reveal.

Of course you could do it without the tunnel interior, but if its there then I can block it off half-way if nobodies playing Ironforge and make it a dungeon.

Yeah, that's not a bad idea, Kacpa could rework the island by the actual WoW BFA template, but he could also add his own stuff into it.

The lack of Gnomes is really killing me. I was making an RP scenario for a 24 player map and because of the choice to not include gnomes, the Horde outnumbers the Alliance by one race and I had to have the spot taken by High Elves.

Make a custom lore alliance and add another race, I'm sure the Night Elves could introduce Furbolgs. And when the Pandaria update releases, maybe (though not likely) We'll get the Jinyu to use?
